In this position, you shall be part of a team, that develops and produces electrodes in a wet pilot line. You will help to maintain and operate the equipment in the lab and assist in monitoring of the process steps.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Cleaning and washing lab tools and working surfaces.
- Organizing lab equipment and working stations.
- Lifting and cleaning heavy machinery.
- Documenting data.
- Operating and assisting the mixing and coating process step.
- Performing simple QC tests.

Cutting and weighting electrodes.
To perform the job successfully, an individual should demonstrate the following competencies:
- BSc and at least 3 years of industry experience, or MSc with adequate experimental experience in: Electrochemical-related field (Physics, Chemistry, Chem. Eng., EE, Materials Eng. or similar), with knowledge in energy storage/batteries.
- Experience with similar/relevant system design/integration of technology into a product according to requirements documentation.
- Demonstrated technical leadership and task ownership; ability of analytical problem solving and troubleshooting.
- Analytical mindset and product-oriented approach.
