Description: Wizer is a cybersecurity training platform with the possibility to run a training phishing campaign for employees. One of our key services is providing customers with a place for learning about cybersecurity.
Our platform provides a tool for companies to check and educate their employees about cybersecurity. We also provide an opportunity to obtain information on the status of progress by employees.
Requirements
Hard skills:
- 1+ years experience working in a customer-facing organization;
- Ability to understand and communicate complex problems clearly and concisely to different audiences (QA team and Sales);
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills;
- Experience in building lasting relationships with customers and colleagues;
- Proven ability to thrive in a highly cross-functional, fast-paced environment, dealing with ambiguity, and being a self-starter;
- Upper-intermediate level of verbal and written English.
Soft skills:
- Attention to the details;
- Ability to work in a rapidly changing environment and meet tight deadlines;
- Good communication and negotiation skills;
- Ability to handle objections;
- Desire to learn and develop.
Responsibilities
- Become a product expert and understand how Wizer can increase Security Awareness;
- Play a key role in handling the customer of Insurance partners;
- Handle customer onboardings from start to finish;
- Execute tailored implementation strategies based on customer goals;
- Follow up on the health score quarterly;
- Work closely with our developers, analysts, and marketers acting as an internal spokesperson for our customers;
- Prioritize tasks and manage a workflow;
- Escalate the crucial issues to CS Supervisor;
- Drive improvements in efficiency, quality, response times, and satisfaction across the Customer Success team.
