Job Vacancy: Help Desk Support Role
Contract: 1 year (Renewable)
Responsibilities:
Administer operation team to provide 7 x 24 helpdesk support and operation service of a public mobile app and related systems, including:
Perform troubleshooting
Collect and report daily statistics
Support hotline and handle complaints and enquiries
Process open data and compulsory testing notice and other sources of data for input to the mobile app for broadcasting
QR code approval processes
Data cleansing and geo-tagging
Update website content
Beacon management and pairing
Assist in the administrative work, app testing and field work testing as required
Requirements:
Higher Diploma or above in any disciplines
Working experience in helpdesk/support centre
At least 2 years working experience in the control and operation of computer systems
Good knowledge of office application including MS Word, MS Excel, and preferably MS Access, etc.
Good English and Chinese typing skills
Fluent in spoken English and Cantonese
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Work 5 days/44 hours per week on a roster basis (including Saturday, Sunday and public holidays)
Overnight shift is required
Working Location : Cyberport but moving to Central in August or September 2023
