Our Platform powers real-time search scenarios, including indexing and searching the newest pages on the Web. Documents are constantly added and searched at the same time, providing unique challenges and opportunities. We constantly take the Platform to the new cutting edge technologies in the field (Deep Learning, Hardware Acceleration, massive distributed systems, amongst others) and need your help with that.
You will be part of a passionate and supportive team, building highly performant and scalable distributed services. You will learn new techniques in Distributed Computing, Real-time Indexing, Machine Learning/Deep Learning, Streaming ANN search, Algorithm Optimization, API design and more. You will be designing tools and services from prototype-building stage to deploying them in production at scale. Come make your mark on the future of search!
Responsibilities
- Design and develop search platform features and solutions.
- Collaborate with the team on building a highly scalable and high-performance search stack.
- Work with customers and partners to understand user requirements and design features to enable rich search experiences.
- Work on distributed infrastructure, release and manage live service in production.

Required Qualifications:
Solid C++/C#/Java skills with at least 6 years of C++/C#/Java programming experience.
CS bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
Experience in shipping products or services to production.
Passion for delivering high-quality software on a rapid ship cycle.
Preferred Qualifications:
BS degree in computer science or related technical discipline with 7 years of working through full product cycles
MS degree or Ph.D. with 4 years of working through full product cycles is a plus
