Position Overview:
We are looking for a talented and driven Creative Producer to lead a team in Marketing Creative Production. As the Creative Producer, you will play a main role to develop creative assets for successful user acquisition campaigns. Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with the Media Buying team to produce creative assets for mobile game advertising campaigns.
- Lead the end-to-end creative production process, from conceptualization to final delivery, ensuring alignment with campaign objectives and target audience.
- Work closely with graphic designers and other creative professionals to execute visually appealing and impactful marketing materials.
- Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets effectively to ensure timely delivery of assets.
- Iterate and optimize creative assets based on performance data to drive higher engagement and conversion rates.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging creative techniques to infuse fresh ideas into marketing campaigns.
Qualifications:
- Proven 2 years of experience in creative production for performance marketing, specifically within the mobile gaming industry.
- Strong understanding of mobile game marketing strategies and the ability to tailor creative assets for different ad formats and platforms.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software used in creative production (Asana, Figma, etc.)
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- A creative mindset with a keen eye for design, visual storytelling, and attention to detail.
- Demonstrated ability to leverage data for informed creative decisions, analyzing performance metrics and optimizing assets accordingly.
