Main purpose of Job
- To help easily and efficiently manage the ordering, stocking, storing, and using of inventory.
- Improve YASC spare parts fill rate and target stock amount by analyzing data and make suggestions to improve them.
- To keep the stock in such a way that it is neither overstock nor understock.
Responsibilities
- Coordinating daily operations, monitoring inventory levels/maintaining inventories, checking shipments and deliveries, preventing excess stock, eliminating non-usable items, follow up vendors for lead time, analyzing inventory and purchase order, and make suggestions to improve them.
- To ensure a continuous supply of materials and stock so that production should not suffer at the time of customer’s demand.
- To maintain the availability of materials whenever and wherever required in enough quantity.
- To ensure everlasting inventory control so that materials shown in stock ledgers should be physically lying in the warehouse.
- To facilitate furnishing of data for short and long-term planning with a controlled inventory.
- To supply the required material continuously.
- To maintain a systematic record of inventory.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: Php15,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per month
