As Senior Sales Associate you will support the design and execution of daily sales campaigns, ensuring our Customers have the best possible experience every time they visit our site. You make a significant contribution to achieving the planned turnover as a key part of our category team. You will work with international brands on ensuring our offering showcases the latest trends and inspires our customers every day. This position is located in Munich and is unlimited.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- operational implementation and organization of the German sales campaigns through procurement and preparation of product information and imagery
- close cooperation with major international brands and suppliers
- being the go-to person for our Production, Editing, Graphics, Creative & Buying teams
- inspecting the quality of our sales campaigns and ensuring they are executed to the highest standard
- carrying out market-trend analyses, and pitching new ideas for campaigns to excite our customers with fresh products
- carrying out performance analyses of campaigns and driving recommendations for action and future growth
YOU COME WITH
- bachelor's Degree or recognised commercial qualification in the field of Business Administration, Communication, Retail Business or related
- entrepreneurial spirit, desire to work in a fast-paced environment with new challenges and opportunities to grow every day
- hands-on attitude and a focus on fast execution
- reliable, structured and responsible way of working
- high affinity for eCommerce, a keen eye for Interior trends and a passion for Home & Living
- good knowledge of German and English
