The work location for the position would be considered based in Icheon-si(이천시) or Yongin-si(용인시), Gyeonggi Province, Republic of Korea
Key Responsibilities:
3PL 물류창고 오퍼레이션
- 물류센터(창고) 및 협력사 운영 관리 (To support the team to ensure smooth daily warehouse operations, To supervise the contract workers to plan and handle the orders under limited handling time and multiple storage locations )
- 국내외 고객사 응대 및 전략적 협업 운영 관리 (To liaise and co-ordinate with internal and external customers in providing strategic logistics solutions )
- 효과적인 인력 배치 및 모니터링을 통하여 생산성 및 KPI 관리 보조 업무 (To monitor and ensure effective manpower deployment to achieve high level of productivity, accuracy and customer's KPIs )
- 글로벌 물류 혁신 프로젝트 협업 및 수행 (Coordinate global project with team)
We are looking for:
- 1-5years relevant experience at supervisory level in warehouse operations
- Able to handle multi-tasks, well organized and attentive to details
- Responsible and able to work under pressure
- Proficiency on WMS and MS office
- 우대사항: 이천/용인 거주자, 차량소지자, 운전가능자
