Responsibilities:
Provide helpdesk support for customers on: 5 G Wi-Fi router, mobile device, etc
Provide first line technical support for technical issues
Require onsite support if necessary
Requirements:
Certificate or Diploma in computer or related disciplines
2 years' or above working experience in I.T. related filed and proof solid helpdesk background
Basic troubleshoot knowledge on Windows, Office, Mac, 5G CPE, Mobile device (e.g. iPhone, Android, Windows)
Good interpersonal and communications skills
Strong sense of responsibility, well organized, detail-oriented and self-motivation
Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
Customer service handling background is an advantage
Immediately available is highly preferred
Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Officer
