We are looking to recruit a part-time Bookkeeper wit flexible hours to cover maternity leave.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Deal with internal and external customers in a professional and timely manner.
- Process Sales and Purchase Invoices.
- Manage Creditor and Debtor reconciliations.
- Any other administrative duties as required.
- Treat all colleagues with dignity and respect.
- Ensure that all Company policies and practices are adhered to at all times.
- Carry out any other duties that may be required from time to time.

Essential Criteria
- Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role.
- Experience with Xero accounts package.
- Experience using EDI systems.
- Proficient in MS Packages in particular MS Word and Excel and Outlook.
- Numerical ability.
- Attention to detail, ability to resolve issues in a timely and practical manner.
- Team player with the ability to work to tight deadlines and take direction.
- Must have a can do attitude.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Fluent in communicative and written English.

Salary: €15.00-€16.00 per hour
